STUDIO POLICY

 

 

Arrival

​

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to unwind, check out our lounge and give us an update on what’s new in your life (aka paperwork). There’s nothing fashionable about being late, you’ll just deprive yourself of the full treatment time.

Cancellation

​

Beautify Agency knows things can suddenly pop up but please provide us with 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule a medical treatment. If appropriate notice is not given you will be charged a flat fee of $100 for a medical treatment. If you do not notify us at all (no-show), your entire treatment fee will be charged to your credit card.

 

 

Consultations

All first time treatments will require a complimentary consultation with our aesthetic medical providers. You are not obligated to purchase and no credit is required to book the consultation. Our goal is to ensure you are a safe candidate before receiving any beautifying treatments.

 

 

Scheduling

​

Beautify Agency's always buzzing so reservations are highly recommended; but when time permits, walk-ins are welcome. Please call ahead and we will do our best to hook you up with any of our premier services. Due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, appointments can sometimes exceed their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you will also receive the same exceptional service and personal attention.

 

 

Payment Policy

Beautify Agency accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover as payment. 

 

 

Client Satisfaction

​

We think Beautify Agency’s products are the best and we think you’ll enjoy them just as much. But if you are unhappy with a product purchase from Beautify Agency, please return the unused item with a dated receipt within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange the item for store credit toward another Beautify Agency product or service of equal or greater value. Beautify Agency cannot issue cash refunds. Please note, Beautify Agency Gift Cards, Series/Package purchases, and medical grade products are not refundable, so please choose wisely.

Although Beautify Agency makes every effort to keep its website and studio menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a customer, but Beautify Agency does reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
